Using this site
This site belongs to Delta M Freight Inc. By using it you accept these terms. Use it lawfully and do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it wholesale or get at parts of it that are not public.
What is on the site
We describe our services, our equipment and the positions we recruit for as accurately as we can, and we keep the site current. Even so, the content here is general information, not an offer, a quote or a promise. Rates, lanes, availability, equipment and pay are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.
Freight is governed by its own paperwork
Nothing on this website forms a transport contract. What governs a load is the rate confirmation, the bill of lading and any written agreement between us and the shipper or broker, together with the law that applies to motor carriage. Where this site and that paperwork disagree, the paperwork wins.
Applying to drive
Submitting an application does not create a job offer or an employment relationship, and does not oblige either of us to anything. Positions, pay and terms are discussed and agreed with a recruiter.
Our content
The name, the logo, the text, the photographs and the design of this site are ours or used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use or to do business with us. Do not republish or reuse them commercially without asking us first.

Where we link somewhere else, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.
Availability
