What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the topic of your enquiry and your message. The driver application asks for your name, contact details, the city and state you are based in, the state that issued your CDL, your driving experience, the position you are interested in, and anything you choose to add in the notes.

We do not ask for your social security number, licence images or medical certificate through this website, and you should not send them to us by email. If we need documents, a recruiter sends you a secure link.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you. Enquiries go to our office so someone can reply; applications go to our recruiting team so someone can call you back. We keep submissions for as long as we need them for that purpose and for our own records, and no longer than is reasonable.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who help us run the site and our email — for example our web host and our email provider — who only handle it on our behalf. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Driver applications and background checks

If you apply to drive for us, the application asks you to authorise checks on your driving and employment history. Those checks are governed by their own rules and their own separate authorisations, which we provide at the point they apply — this policy does not stand in for them. You can withdraw an application at any time by contacting us.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Our host may set a cookie that tells its systems you are a person rather than an automated request, which is needed for the forms to work. Nothing on this site follows you to other websites.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions are sent to us over authenticated email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable care.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do what we reasonably can. Write to safety@deltamfreight.com and tell us what you need. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law.

Children

This site is meant for adults doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the business or the site changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
